Posting Flyers
We'll need volunteers to distribute around town. Good places are Starbucks and coffee/tea shops, small bookstores, etc. They have been very receptive. Wherever you can find a Pagan-friendly location. The local colleges, at least for the last 2 years, have had rules against flyers that were not campus events, but dorms and surrounding housing may allow. Check with the admin offices.

Vendor/Info Booth Check-In
On event day, Ember will be at the designated entrance to check in booths as they arrive for setup. We need runners to bring booth participants to their assigned spaces so they don't have to wander around trying to find it.
Setup/Teardown
We would deeply appreciate volunteers to help with pre-event setup, and cleanup/teardown after the event.
