Vendor & Information Booth Sign-In and Setup
On event day, Ember (Booth Coordinator, the tall blonde in the pink sneakers) will be at the designated entrance to check you in. After you're checked in, she or a volunteer will escort you to your booth space. We do not have a layout for viewing, because if something unexpected happened we might have to juggle a bit.
9:00 am - Vendors can enter and begin setup of their areas. We won't be allowing setup any earlier because the Committee has other preparations to complete first.
10:30 am - Vendor setup should be completed so everything's ready to go, but if you need more time, that's OK. The event officially begins at 11:00 am, but you don't have to wait until then to open up to customers. If you're ready earlier, let the sales begin!
6:30 pm - All booths should be broken down by this time. You know your timeframe for teardown, so please begin so you can meet this target. Though the event closes at 7 pm, the Committee cannot leave the mall until everyone is out, so a bit before works well.
