Information Booth Registration Deadline - Sunday, Oct 20 @ 5:00 pm
Information Booths are non-vendor booths that have a representative of a Pagan/Heathen organization, group/coven, or Tradition available to talk and provide information about themselves. It's designed to educate the general public, and give Pagans access to the various options in our community.
You may provide literature at your information booth, as long as it's spiritually focused. The event is non-political and non-partisan. Also, please have a banner or large sign at your booth so people can find you amongst the vendors. Thanks!

Here is the registration process. Application is in electronic-signature PDF format. The website host is not allowing document upload, so this year you will need to contact us for the application.
1. Email [email protected] to request application, Subject Line: "Info Booth Registration"
2. Payment through EventBrite - Register here
3. Email application to [email protected] Subject Line: "Info Booth Registration." Remember to include Eventbrite confirmation #.
4. Applications must be returned in printable, one-document PDF format only (no multiple, individually scanned pages). Cell phone photos, jpgs, etc will not be accepted.
After application w/payment # are received:
1. Email confirmation of your accepted request and payment.
2. Additional information will be sent out after we review and finalize the layout. This will be after the deadline above.
3. There will be one entrance where you will check in, and someone will direct you to your location.
