Bright Blessings Everyone,

First of all I want to once again offer a huge shout out of appreciation to my wonderful committee:
Seshen - Webmistress and Advertising Goddess
Valna - Entertainment & Workshop Deity
Sirroco - Kitchen Witch
Ember - Tetris Mistress
Karen - Member at Large

Without each of you stepping up and doing your part of this venture so well I would have been lost, so thank you for all you did throughout the year and continue to do towards our 2015 event.

Today your 2014 SAPPD Committee came together to go over the survey results and discuss the final numbers, our fiscal report, what we did well and the areas that we want to improve for 2015.  I am also happy to report that each of these members and myself have recommitted to organize our 2015 event.

We estimate that throughout the day we had between 500 and 700 attendees.  That is the largest group of participants that we've had in many years.  We also had the most vendors and information booths ever.  Yes, it was crowded, which means that we have outgrown this venue and will now be looking for something larger that fits our needs.  What an awesome milestone we've reached.

We had a total of $3114.99 in revenue this year and our expenses were $2090.05.  We also had $110.24 donated the day of the event for our 2015 event which was placed in our SAPPD savings account.

Our community collected 189 pounds of food (which equals 148 meals) and 10 pounds of pet food for the food bank.  You guys and gals rock.  It is so awesome being part of this community.  Thank you each for being such a giving people.

Right now are looking for our venue for next year.  We have tentatively picked September 19th for 2015's SAPPD
.  In another month you will see where we will start our fundraising for next year's event as well as planning out some of the upcoming fundraisers and activities for your enjoyment as well as the support of our SAPPD.

Please keep a watch on the website for updates.  Until next time,,,,,
